I've been coming to this beautiful part of the Highlands for over 30 years now. I've stayed in Ruthair cottage several times, as well as its neighbour 'Rowan Cottage'.
It is lovely both inside and out. It is comfortable, fully modernised and tastefully decorated, The view from the kitchen window of Loch Ruthair is magnificent. I don't think you'll see a finer sunset. The wildlife is in abundance. Duncan (gamekeeper) and Lynn kindly supplied us with fresh eggs. If you are interested in seeing the wildlife and you ask him nicely he will point you in the right direction. I look forward to my next visit.
An easy to use booking process and I was kept informed of payment due dates etc. Instructions to reach cottage clear and very helpful. Second time I’ve booked through Unique Cottages and would not hesitate to book in future years
This is the seventh time we've booked with Unique Cottages. They are always helpful and efficient. We are everlastingly grateful for how well they dealt with our booking (and, ultimately, refund) for the cottage we had booked with them which coincided with the start of the first lockdown.
