We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful location on Loch Long with Unique Cottages. The accommodation was very well appointed, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The views were spectacular, and the setting was quiet and peaceful — a perfect place to relax and a great base for exploring the area. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
Quite easy to book online although I didn’t recall selecting the extra single bedding button or seeing it on my booking form at the time. When I subsequently realised this error, I didn’t seem to be able to check back on the booking form I had completed; the information didn’t seem to be there. Efficient service, thank you.
Dalnashee Lodge liegt wunderbar ruhig, an der südlichen Grenze zu den Cairngorms und ist ein Paradies für Erholungsuchende und Naturliebhaber. Die Lodge ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Der Besitzer hat auf Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet und wir konnten uns in den zwei Wochen erholen und entspannen. Am liebsten wären wir noch geblieben.
The booking was straightforward and questions were promptly answered. The money transactions worked well and the housekeeping deposit quickly returned once the property was vacated.
Another wonderful week on the Laudale estate at Liddesdale cottage. The estate team are always so warm and welcoming. We love it.
One star deducted because of Unique’s poor policy of not rewarding long standing customers (we missed a year due to illness). Should really be a points based system
Totally outstanding service and customer care, we could not have asked for more. Nothing was too much trouble and the owners went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
