Easy booking process throughout including changing the occupants of both cottages over after the original booking. Staff knowledgeable and efficient during the calls and emails with instructions arrived as expected on time.
It’s great that the company is still able to be contacted directly by email or phone, as so many companies now are making it impossible to get in touch. I have always had a quick response to any queries and found staff helpful
