I have written to Unique Cottages to advise of shortcomings in one of their properties to no avail. The email doesn't pass their firewall. I have tried stripping everything else out of the email including photographs, but this still seems to cause issues.
I originally opted for this company after reading a Which? review recommending them, and have booked 2 holidays with them to date. Their information is clear, they are very good communicators and efficient in dealing with any queries in a friendly manner. The cottages are exactly as specified on the website, and a pleasure to stay in.
This is the second time we’ve used unique cottages and have been very happy with both cottages. Both were very clean and just as described on the website.
